The work

• • Be the primary point of contact for villa guests, ensuring a seamless luxury stay
• • Deliver personalised, attentive service and anticipate guest needs throughout the stay
• • Welcome arriving guests and provide resort orientations
• • Coordinate with departments to deliver smooth end-to-end guest experiences
• • Arrange dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
• • Maintain guest preferences and profiles for future stays
• • Conduct villa inspections to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards
• • Support check-in and check-out processes
• • Act as a knowledgeable resource on resort facilities, services, and local culture
• • Handle feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
