The work
- • Deliver professional, confident service in the restaurant at all times, creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- • Prepare your section, complete mise en place, and ensure the restaurant is set up for service
- • Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and wine list to make informed and confident guest recommendations
- • Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth and seamless service flow
- • Work collaboratively with colleagues to consistently exceed guest expectations
- • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional standards throughout each shift
- • Build genuine rapport with guests to foster warmth and loyalty
- • Handle any guest queries or special requests with attentiveness, care, and discretion
