The work
- • Deliver an attentive, polished service across the Coburg Bar floor
- • Take and deliver food and beverage orders to 5-star standard
- • Build product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar food
- • Maintain section mise en place, table set-ups and beverage stations
- • Liaise closely with bartenders, kitchen and reservations
- • Manage billing, posting and end-of-shift reconciliations
- • Anticipate guest needs and build genuine repeat-guest relationships
- • Champion allergen, hygiene and licensed-premises compliance
- • Support afternoon and evening service as the bar mood shifts
- • Represent The Connaught as a polished bar ambassador throughout shift
