The Fish Hotel is a relaxed, design-led country estate hideaway set within the 400-acre Farncombe Estate on the edge of Broadway in the Cotswolds. The work
- • Lead the food and beverage team day-to-day across restaurants, bars and private events
- • Set the pace and energy of service, ensuring warm, confident and consistent guest interactions
- • Train and coach new and existing team members through shift-by-shift feedback
- • Run service briefings and allocate sections, covers and duties
- • Monitor standards of food presentation, drinks service and cleanliness
- • Manage guest feedback in the moment, escalating where required and following up with care
- • Oversee stock rotation, cellar organisation and mis-en-place checks
- • Support the F&B Manager with rota planning, cost control and payroll sign-off
- • Ensure compliance with licensing, allergen, food safety and health & safety procedures
- • Act as a hands-on supervisor, leading by example on the floor every shift
