The work
- • Support the Chef de Partie in managing your assigned kitchen section to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipe specifications with precision and care in every plate
- • Manage your section tasks efficiently during service to maintain smooth kitchen workflow
- • Maintain exemplary cleanliness, food hygiene and organisation throughout every shift
- • Handle correct stock rotation, ingredient labelling and refrigeration standards within your section
- • Actively coach and share knowledge with Commis Chefs, fostering a positive learning environment
- • Demonstrate initiative in supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
- • Develop your skills with ambition to progress to Chef de Partie level
