About the hotel

The work
- • Deliver attentive, polished service across breakfast, lunch and dinner
- • Take orders confidently and describe dishes, wines and provenance
- • Set, clear and reset tables to Relais & Chateaux standards
- • Carry out detailed mise en place and section preparation pre-service
- • Build genuine guest relationships across multi-night stays
- • Anticipate guest needs without prompting and personalise the experience
- • Work closely with the kitchen brigade on timing, allergens and dietaries
- • Support afternoon tea, private dining rooms and bespoke experiences
- • Maintain a calm, attentive presence on the floor at all times
- • Take pride in upholding Inverlochy's service reputation
