Great Fosters is a 400-year-old Grade I listed Tudor manor set within 50 acres of formal gardens in Egham, Surrey, and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Its flagship restaurant, The Tudor Pass, holds a Michelin star and three AA rosettes under the direction of Executive Chef Stefano Di Giosia — one of the most intimate and celebrated fine dining rooms in the Home Counties, with just seven tables and a private eight-cover Wine Room.
The work
- • Deliver seamless tasting menu service across lunch and dinner in The Tudor Pass — a one Michelin star, three AA rosette fine dining restaurant seating just seven tables
- • Prepare every element of the table to immaculate standard, polishing cutlery and glassware and ensuring the room is set before each service
- • Welcome and seat guests, guiding them through the tasting menu and wine pairings with genuine knowledge and quiet confidence
- • Support and coach the Commis Waiter/Waitress team, embedding the standards of care that earn and retain Michelin recognition
- • Work a refined four-day schedule across Wednesday to Saturday — lunch and dinner service in one of England's finest dining rooms

- • You can speak confidently and accurately about food and wine — not reciting a script, but drawing on genuine knowledge
