The work

• • Prepare, mix, and garnish cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and spirits to the resort’s standard menu
• • Receive beverage orders and serve drinks promptly and professionally
• • Provide thoughtful beverage recommendations to guests
• • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• • Manage bar ingredients, stock levels, and equipment
• • Conduct inventory checks and report shortages to management
• • Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and well maintained
• • Support wider food & beverage operations as required
