The work

• • Act as the primary point of contact for guests across all phases of their journey, from first inquiry through to departure
• • Deliver warm, professional, and genuinely attentive service via in-person, phone, and email channels
• • Manage seamless guest arrivals and departures, anticipating needs and coordinating proactively across the team
• • Handle reservations and special requests across The Wild Rabbit hotel, cottages, and Daylesford Stays
• • Work collaboratively with Front of House, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping departments to ensure continuity of care
• • Proactively recommend experiences across the wider Bamford Collection properties to enrich each guest stay
• • Ensure all administrative and booking tasks are completed with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• • Maintain composure and a solutions-oriented mindset in all situations, including under pressure

This role is for you if…

• • You have luxury hospitality or boutique hotel reception experience and you love what you do
• • You are warm, professional, and genuinely curious about your guests' needs and preferences
• • You are proficient in booking systems such as Opera or ResDiary, and comfortable with Microsoft Office
• • You hold a valid UK driving licence and are happy to be based at a rural Cotswolds location
• • You are drawn to The Wild Rabbit's ethos of organic food, wellness, and thoughtful luxury
