The work
- • Deliver an impeccable concierge experience to every guest from arrival to departure
- • Handle inquiries on restaurants, theatre, events, transport and personal services with polish
- • Secure reservations, tickets and bespoke experiences across London and beyond
- • Manage prompt handling and delivery of all messages, parcels, faxes and mail
- • Oversee the concierge, luggage, doorman and night teams during shift
- • Train and coach concierge, porter, door and night team members
- • Maintain meticulous guest preference records and liaise with Front Office and Housekeeping
- • Uphold the standards expected of Les Clefs d'Or membership
- • Resolve guest issues with discretion, composure and creative problem-solving
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with London's best restaurants, venues and suppliers

- • You have proven 5-star luxury hospitality experience, ideally in a London concierge or guest services role
- • You are confident, polished and thrive in a front-facing leadership role
- • You have exceptional knowledge of London's cultural, dining and lifestyle scene
- • You are a natural problem-solver with genuine warmth
- • You are eligible to live and work in the UK
- • You are comfortable leading a small team across varied shifts
