The work

• • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections, reporting, and productivity checks
• • Lead and support Room Attendants and House Attendants through hands-on coaching and clear communication
• • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across guest rooms and public areas
• • Step in for the Housekeeping Manager as required to ensure operational continuity
• • Manage lost-and-found procedures with accuracy and care
• • Maintain key control and oversee access to secure areas and storage rooms
• • Ensure all equipment, linens, and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained
• • Promote a positive, organised, and motivated team environment
