The work
- • Deliver a warm, composed welcome to every guest arriving through the night
- • Manage late check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries professionally
- • Run the nightly audit, closing shift reports and end-of-day reconciliations
- • Handle reservations, billing and payment processing accurately
- • Monitor the building, respond to any security or safety incidents and call out help when needed
- • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and late-arriving guests
- • Anticipate guest needs and arrange amenities, taxis and onward travel
- • Liaise with Housekeeping on early departures and room issues
- • Manage wake-up calls, room service orders and overnight requests
- • Prepare a detailed handover for the morning team

- • You are confident working independently through the night
