About the hotel

The work
- • Deliver bespoke face and body treatments to a 5-star standard
- • Carry out detailed pre-treatment consultations and aftercare advice
- • Provide thoughtful product recommendations to support guest goals
- • Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and spa cleanliness throughout the day
- • Hit personal and team retail and treatment-add KPIs
- • Support the wider thermal spa, pool, sauna and relaxation experience
- • Work closely with the Spa Manager on rotas, training and brand standards
- • Build genuine repeat-guest relationships across stays
- • Ensure full compliance with brand protocols, hygiene and health & safety
- • Represent Carbis Bay as an ambassador for the spa across guest touchpoints
This role is for you if…
- • You hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy / VTCT or equivalent
- • You have proven spa experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or destination spa
- • You are warm, intuitive and naturally confident with guests
- • You take pride in flawless treatment delivery and aftercare
- • You are excited to live and work on a private Cornish beach

- • You prefer high-volume nail bars or salons
- • You are not available for weekends, school holidays or peak season
- • You are uncomfortable working with retail and treatment KPIs
- • You prefer a city-centre commute
