The work

• • Serve as the first point of contact for every guest, setting the tone for their entire stay from the moment they arrive
• • Handle all guest check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries with warmth and impeccable professionalism
• • Assist guests with reservations, information requests, and special arrangements, going the extra mile at every opportunity
• • Maintain the highest standards of front desk presentation and operational efficiency throughout each shift
• • Demonstrate calm confidence and composure in all guest interactions, including in pressured or busy periods
• • Collaborate closely with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences across the property
• • Handle guest concerns and feedback with empathy, efficiency, and discretion
• • Represent the hotel's distinctive Art Deco heritage and unique island character with genuine enthusiasm
